Before You Email

Most common questions are answered in our WhatsApp messaging FAQ. A quick look there might save you a wait.

"My WhatsApp chat doesn't open"

The most common cause is an extra character in the phone number — a space, dash, or plus sign. Try entering only digits, country code first, then the recipient's number without the leading zero (e.g., for a UK number 07700 900123, enter 447700900123).

"Can I use this for WhatsApp Business?"

Yes. The generated link opens whichever WhatsApp app is installed on the device — personal WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, or WhatsApp Web.

"Do you have a mobile app?"

No, and we don't plan to. The whole idea is that you don't need an extra app — your browser is enough. You can add the page to your home screen on iOS or Android for one-tap access.

"How can I support the project?"

The biggest help is telling other people about it. Share the link with a colleague who messages a lot of numbers, or post about it where it might be useful.
